Salary: £42,000-£50,000 per year

E2 CARS LTD is recruiting a Client Services Manager (Marketing) to develop marketing strategies, manage client relationships and support the growth of its car rental and leasing services.

Key responsibilities

• Work with senior management to determine the range of services offered, develop sales strategies and set sales targets.
• Discuss clients’ requirements, conduct market research and analyse customer feedback on services, pricing and promotions.
• Compile and analyse sales figures and prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Produce reports and recommendations on marketing and sales strategies for senior management.
• Manage the marketing team and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with clients, negotiate new business contracts and prepare service specifications and project requirements.

Candidate requirements

• Relevant experience in marketing, commercial account management or client services.
• Ability to analyse market research and sales performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Experience planning marketing campaigns and managing client relationships.
• Ability to lead a team and report clearly to senior management.
